Ramblings on Writing ~

Well, National Novel Writing Month 2011 has come to a close … and while I didn’t quite get to my personal goal of 60,000, I did write 56,661 words in approximately 24 days (there were 6 days I wasn’t able to put fingers to keyboard). So, I’m ecstatic for my first attempt. And now I have a goal for NaNoWriMo 2012!

Thanks to those who’ve followed my experiences here. I’ll continue to update occasionally as I work on getting my first novel (Almost Like Magic) to its final draft, with the ultimate goal of getting it published.

So, fellow WriMos, it’s been a crazy, fun month! Happy writing! Signing off — for now — with tired fingers and a happy, satisfied imagination.
